She is currently working with KPMG in India as an SAP Associate Consultant.
She has done over 25+ internships in different management domains. She is also a content creator, mentor, and keynote speaker having delivered 300+ sessions all across the globe.
Dhairya Gangwani started out her journey as a career coach a year ago and so far via her initiative of Dhairya Decodes she has been able to impact over 5K+ Working professionals & students. She also has her own talk show called The Career Development Series where she aims to bring awareness amongst the youth around unconventional career paths. She has completed 160+ episodes of this talk show so far.
