I never set out to lead global HR at a scaling SaaS company.
With a background in psychology, a career built brick by brick - across startups, corporate teams, and now leading HR at SpotDraft, I’ve always viewed people operations as more than just a support function. For me, it’s the engine that drives business outcomes.
What sets my approach apart is empathy, paired with execution. I’m obsessed with building processes that actually work - for people and for the business.
That meant scaling a zero-to-one HR function, setting up global hiring systems, crafting performance philosophies, building feedback rituals, and designing culture codes from scratch.
Over the last few years, I’ve helped SpotDraft scale across geographies while keeping culture and communication tight knit.
We’ve celebrated employee spotlights, run experiments (yes, even a paper plane competition), and introduced systems that reflect who we are - not just what HR is “supposed” to do.
I believe:
→ HR should be transparent.
→ Culture belongs to everyone, not just HR.
→ Employee experience should never be an afterthought.
→ And when AI automates the repetitive 40%, HR will need to lead the strategic 60%.
