I have worked with L&T Infotech and Gateway TechnoLabs in past before turning to a full-time Marketing and Branding Consultant. I have worked hands-on in Sales, Marketing, Branding and Strategic areas. Now, at Zero Gravity Communications I am striving to put all my professional learning in real practice.
As a founder of Zero Gravity Communications, I am looking for opportunities to apply human-centric design to uncover and deliver meaningful experiences that a brand requires. My interests are in qualitative customer and market research, a strategic framework to deliver experiences across multiple touch points, internal brand positioning to unify business goals with marketing objectives, segmenting customers based on behaviours, needs and desires. In order to continue differentiation and sustainable growth, companies need to empathize with what their customers truly desire, and I can provide the necessary tools, processes and frameworks to deliver just that.
