Food has been the fuel of our existence, we made food and food is what we're made of. With the commercialization of commodities, we have forgotten its importance to every individual.
Doesn't everyone on this planet need to have an equal right to eat for their sustenance?
What are we doing to reach that goal?

These are the questions that I seek to answer with my expertise in food processing and handling. I'm working on processes to reduce, reuse and recycle the food waste around us. My end goal is to make sure no food enters the dust bin and no one sleeps hungry around me!
