An agile and futuristic thought leader and a seasoned professional, Neha has over 16 years of strong industry expertise around managing large scale operations and corporate strategy.
She started her career with Marriott International, as a graduate of the Marriott Management Development program and in 9 years was promoted as the Resident Manager for the Marriott Executive Apartments. She moved on to take over Beverly Park by The Ascott Limited as General Manager for 739 units, and thereafter for Della Adventure and Resorts, a 155 room luxury resort set in the hills of Lonavla. In her recent role in Sterling Holidays, Neha was responsible for setting goals and creating and implementing strategies in Rooms Division in 2143 units across the country.
Having worked with various brands and positions she has had exposure across functions of corporate operations, strategy and business development, finance and operational consulting. She has also been a Brand Standards Auditor for Hospitality operations.
She has had the opportunity to work with a Start up, Guesthouser.com, and lead its business in Mumbai and Western region as State Director.
Post which she has successfully co-founded her venture, WishYogi.
WishYogi values itself on being a proactive, AI integrated Guest Engagement and Upselling partner to hotels. WishYogi empowers the hotels to voice out their brand to the users. The platform has the ability to understand every customers needs and ensures personalisation such that the hotels approach the right customer with the right product at the right time. Ensuring high business margins and great brand value.
In Jan 2020, she launched Personifwy, a SaaS based employee experience platform that provides real-time employee sentiments to drive business outcomes.The value proposition of Personifwy is to deliver real-time employee data intelligence to drive business success. The platform targets mid-market and enterprise segment in the service industry in the Retail, Professional and Business Services, BFSI and Healthcare industry focused in India and North America. In a nutshell, Personifwy empowers organizations to include people data, engage differently and influence business growth.
Neha hold's a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom, in conjunction with IHM Aurangabad, India and has recently graduated from the Berkeley Executive Program in Management through the Haas School of Business, California
