Hi! I’m a marketing and community professional with 3 years of experience working with early-stage startups and founders. I currently lead alumni and community efforts at NSRCEL, the startup incubator at IIM Bangalore, where I get to work with a growing network of 3500+ founders.
My work’s all about building meaningful connections, whether that’s through hosting founder mixers across the country, launching platforms for alumni to collaborate, curating learning sessions with global faculty, or running large-scale events like NSRCEL’s annual conclave, SummitUp. I also partner with incubators and ecosystem players to take NSRCEL’s programs to a wider audience.
I enjoy working on things from the ground up, especially when it involves a bit of storytelling, community thinking, and some good-old organised chaos (hello, event days). Big believer in the power of people, and that strong communities make everything better.
