Subhadeep Mondal is an IIT Kharagpur alum and Forbes 30U30 Asia honoree who has spent the last 10+ years building products that changed how India listens to music, signs documents, tracks pregnancies, and builds financial habits. A product thinker with the soul of a founder, he’s consistently owned full product charters - from zero-to-one vision, go-to-market, and team building to driving business outcomes and not just shipping pixels.

At Gaana, he brought millions online to stream Kishore Kumar on 3G - launching mini-apps as a growth engine before “micro-experiences” were a thing. At SignEasy, he simplified enterprise software so well that Apple featured it across 160+ countries.

With PregBuddy, he empowered 2M+ expecting mothers through a community-first platform and turned Apple Watches into maternity companions. During COVID, he co-built StepOne, India’s largest telemedicine network, enabling 60M+ consults across 23 states. At HealthPlix, he embedded AI into doctor workflows, building decision support into EHRs for 10,000+ clinics long before “AI-first” was a trend.

At Jar, he reimagined investing for blue-collar India - launching insurance, and gold commerce products tailored to their realities. His product journey began in college with Flixstreet, a community-based movie discovery platform, years before BookMyShow did.

His impact goes beyond building. As an angel investor, he has backed 15+ startups (can syndicate up to $100k), from digitizing US healthcare and automating maritime surveillance to scaling AI-native SaaS and accelerating India’s EV transition.
