More about Tanushree Ishani Das

“The hardest challenge being an HR is that sometimes you have to be the LAWYER, the JUDGE and the HANGMAN.”
― Hassan Choughari

I am a woman & at the risk of sounding sexist, I DO hustle my way everyday. In my 5 years of rich & dynamic work experience I have worn many hats: Finance/Business Analyst, Special Educator, Relationship Manager, HR & People Manager. From working with big giants such as Goldman Sachs to brilliant startups such as Lookup, I have worked hard & might I add VERY HARD to have a unique ability to manage multi disciplinary projects & to navigate through complex challenges. End to end HR practices, sound learning about Operations, Basic knowledge & understanding about Finance & Corporate Law, Employee relations, Management consultancy, Corporate Training, Training & development are some areas I have covered but the best part about my job is meeting new people & adopting a divergent viewpoint to different situations.

High Emotional Intelligence & motivation, I have an insatiable appetite to learn something new everyday & when not working, I make modest attempts to be a good elder sister, wrestle with my dogs (English Mastiff and a Great Dane)& serve the CEO of my life My mother.

I am currently working on my shortcomings & one feedback I have received from my well wishers is that my dedication sometimes works against me.
Work Life balance is something I STRONGLY believe in so if you are looking for Robots who do not have a life, I am not the one for you. But, If you are someone who shares the same passion as I do i.e build a strong and a healthy working environment, hire world class talents to be a part of A team, increase productivity and employee welfare, then we should definitely connect.

I give my 100% to any task which means Micromanagement isn’t something I would entertain. So, let’s discuss the task and then let me take over and deliver results.

Did i say I love travelling and writing?

The eChai Effect - In Their Words

“eChai has been that turning point in my journey. It gave me a platform when I wasn’t looking for visibility but needed direction. Over the years, it became more than just a network. It became my tribe; a place where conversations sparked collaborations, and strangers became trusted sounding boards. What I value most is how effortlessly eChai brings people together - no airs, no filters, just genuine people with shared dreams. I owe a lot to this community and to Jatin, whose consistency and belief in people have shaped journeys like mine. Forever grateful to be part of something so real.”
