Bold vision for Wizzy.ai in 2025

By the end of 2025, my boldest vision for Wizzy.ai is to become the de facto AI-powered search and discovery platform for eCommerce globally, revolutionizing how customers interact with online brands. We aim to power 1,000+ eCommerce businesses, including a significant presence among Fortune 500 retailers, helping them deliver hyper-personalized search, merchandising, and recommendation experiences.

To achieve this, we’re focusing on three key pillars:

Product Innovation: Building cutting-edge capabilities like visual and voice search, AI-driven conversational shopping assistants, and advanced personalization through real-time data analytics.

Strategic Partnerships: Strengthening our content licensing and integrations with Gen AI LLMs, opening pathways to collaborate with tech giants and bolster our technology stack.

Global Expansion: Entering new markets, particularly North America and Europe, supported by strategic hiring, localized solutions, and strong regional partnerships.

I’m most excited about the increasing integration of generative AI and large language models in the eCommerce ecosystem. Customers now expect seamless, intuitive, and highly personalized interactions, and AI is at the forefront of making this possible.
