Aditya Salunkhe

Founder, Adiha.One

I am a 17-year old entrepreneur currently living in Mumbai soon moving to Banglore, with a gap year of my studies being devoted to learning and scaling my AI-startup named Adiha.One. Even at my age, I am running ventures which include managing events, automating market trading, and now creating hyper automated business systems prepared to function with little to no human involvement.

Aditya | 17 Year Old Entrepreneur | Founder - Adiha. One | AI Automation And Business Innovation Enthusiast We, at Adiha. One, are building the first automated virtual departments—AI systems that manage primary business processes like sales, marketing, human resource, and operations for SMBs. Our aim - to transform businesses radically by, extreme automation, agentic AI, and no/low code paradigm, putting enterprise systems in everyones reach.

I am pursuing a Computer Science degree and am expected to transfer to a top US university in 2026. I have a year at De Anza College first, then I’m planning to shift to UC Berkeley. In parallel, I’m focused on mastering AI engineering and algorithmic trading, while establishing my platform that aims to equalize access to AI and business automation.

My Research Interests:

– Agentic AI Systems
– Algorithmic & Automated Trading
– No-Code Automation (n8n, Zapier, etc.)
– AI for SMBs
– Startup Building & Execution
– Scalable Business Ops

What drives me: Solving problems at scale is my passion. I have a deep-seated belief in the future of business as being fully autonomous, and I work on autonomous systems one at a time.

I'm always willing to meet other builders, AI specialists, investors, and people who care about practical automation and invention. Reach out so we can build something of significance together.

The eChai Effect - In Their Words

"For me, eChai is a second home. I've been associated with it since the early days, when it was already setting a different tone for how startup communities could work. As a traditional business owner entering the new-age D2C space, eChai supported me in every direction. Over the years, it became my window to the startup world — and also gave me lifelong friends who continue to show up, for business and beyond."

"At DevX.Work, we’ve greatly benefited from our association with eChai. Their events and networking forums have connected us with high-potential startups, ecosystem leaders, and innovation-driven professionals — many of whom have become valuable partners, collaborators, and even clients. What stands out most is the openness and accessibility of the community — whether you're an early-stage founder or an experienced entrepreneur, eChai provides a welcoming space to learn, collaborate, and grow. It's more than just a network — it's a catalyst for real, collaborative growth. We’re proud to be part of the eChai community. Highly recommended for any organization aiming to grow within the startup space."
