Working as a software developer intern in brototype, previously I have worked as application support engineer at infosys ltd for the past two years. my daily roles and responsibilities at infosys:
Coordinated with Level 3 Development team to check what are the
possibilities to solve the issues.
Prepare RCA report once the priority issue is solved and document
it for High level market communication.
Make some changes in Front-end based on client's requirements if
L3 team is not available.
To Give access to new users to the application my adding their
User Details to Database.
To check logs in Datadog to identify the cause of the issue before
assigning the ticket to L3 team
Assisted customers with more difficult technical issues requiring a
greater level of personalized care and in greater length.
Escalated support desk tickets to Level 3 in the most crucial
circumstances when some priority ticket comes and after
considerable time had been spent on a single ticket.
Given KT and trained all incoming junior L2 tech support
specialists.
Solved 90% of the Issue without transferring it to L3 Support team.

I have done some standalone projects by cloning public websites like discord and popeyes and I have built my own portfolio website.
