I am a Gold Medalist in MBA (HR), with a B.E. (Computer Science), and worked with MNCs like LTI, Tech Mahindra & TCS.

Currently, I am the Co-Founder & Director (HR) of Cloud Counselage Pvt. Ltd., an IT & Management Consulting Company which was awarded as the company with ‘Best Team Culture’ among 2500 companies across Maharashtra by Loop. I am managing the Talent Acquisition and Management vertical and working with start-ups to help them recruit bright minds in the field of IT & Management. I am guiding the interns and freshers from our Industry Academia Community (IAC) for Resume Building & Interview Preparation.

I was an external examiner at my alma mater, Vidyalankar Institute of Technology in 2022 to assess the IT projects of Bachelor of Engineering students from Semester 3 to Semester 7.

My vision is to funnel the massive skilled, job-ready workforce generated through our ‘Ex’Tech Super App into fresher bulk recruitment and upskilled professionals into lateral recruitment for our existing and future client partners as well as our own company which will be utilized in capturing at least 1% of the $500 billion Indian IT sector by 2030, delivering IT & Management Consulting services.
