Sushant is a Co-Founder at Growth Sense. As a core team member of Growth Sense, Sushant leads business development initiatives with a primary focus on onboarding investors, identifying investment opportunities, customer relationship management, representing the company in media and effectively managing public relations.

As an experienced banker, Sushant brings with him a profound understanding of the ever-evolving financial services market. In his last role as Executive Director, Global Transaction Banking at First Abu Dhabi Bank, he was responsible for building the Transaction Banking business vertical from scratch.

Prior to First Abu Dhabi Bank, he worked with some of the world’s and India’s leading Banking/Financial services companies such as ANZ, Bank of America, YES Bank and GE Capital. He has held senior-level positions across Business Strategy, Product Development, Sales & Client Management and Operations.

Sushant has demonstrated his acumen in launching new businesses and is skilled at driving innovations that impact top and bottom-line growth. He has successfully led global cross-functional teams to deliver change in complex and multicultural environments.

Sushant has domain expertise across all facets of Transaction Banking i.e., Working Capital Management, Supply Chain Management, Structured Trade and Capital Markets, Financial and Payments Technologies. He has extensively worked with fintech and start-up companies and leveraged digital-led innovation to make a difference.
