  • Since 1 July 2025 Meta charges per delivered template message, by category and recipient country
  • From 1 October 2026 utility messages inside the 24-hour window are charged, and service messages are free only up to 1,000 a month per number
  • Eligible Indian businesses must move their accounts to INR billing by 31 December 2026
