In previous stint, managed marketing team at Rohan Builders in Pune, amongst my memorable marketing moments are when my & my team managed Google Ad spends that discovered fresh audiences with significantly higher ARPU AND saved millions for a brand with 5 M+ downloads, and established processes and personally setup & optimized campaigns that increased digital sales significantly for another brand.
I have proven skills in hiring and managing digital marketing teams across different roles with focus on adding amazing value to businesses - over the years have failed a lot and learnt a lot.
It was a great learning to have implemented one of the industry best bots with a direct increase in the funnel, in paid conversions, and increase in the volume of engaged high-value audience for the business based on defined parameters.
One of the career-bending curves that I have been part of includes growing a video production team from scratch - that has delivered amazing output - leading to an increase in sales and improved digital campaigns - over a few years.
Started, operated for 3+ years, and closed a marketing agency with over 15+ member team of performance marketers, SEO specialists, graphics designers, and a video producer. Fortunate to have some of the best brands in the country as clients.
