Pradeep is the Managing Director of Dwaraka Infrastructure. He has started the Real Estate division of the company and is responsible for all it’s operations in hyderabad. He has executed several commercial and residential projects in Hyderabad. He has a leaing potfolio of more than 3,00,000 sft
Prior to Joining the firm he has worked at Urban Infrastructure Venture Capital, a US $1.3 billion domestic and international real estate fund, where he was responsible for managing a Portfolio of US $ 120 million, involving Real estate projects in Mumbai. He has also done his internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers
He has done been his MBA from IIM Calcutta and Bachelors from Osmania University. He has been ranked in the top 0.6% of students in the engineering and Common admission Tests. He has done his schooling from Rishi valley school.
He is a debating enthusiast and has won several Prize’s in B- School debate contest at IIT Kharagpur, IIM Calcutta and IEEE Hyderabad. He has presented a paper on real estate development and use of technology at IIM Ahmedabad. He has won several Inter college chess tournaments in his under graduation. He has published articles in Business standard and has been featured in CNBC TV18 and Zee business news.
He is also a member of CREDAI & TREDA
