Aditya Trivedi is a corporate lawyer based in New Delhi. His areas of practice are competition law, intellectual property rights, regulatory laws, etc. In his career, he has previously advised on Competition law, policy, economic and regulatory laws to business conglomerates, MNCs, startups and companies on competition, regulatory and IPR matters. He is a member of Bar Council of Delhi and All India Management Association. He is also a Senior Editor at TCCLR, a leading competition law blog in India.

He is the Founder of Weekly Podcast "In Conversation with IPR and Competition Law" which is India's first Competition law podcast having its presence in 90+ countries and included in the syllabus of HNLU, Raipur and featured by global law firms like Baker McKenzie.

He has participated in UN Conference on Competition law and MSMEs and Young Experts Conference by DG Comp, European Commission and UNCTAD Inter Governmental Group of Experts Conference on Competition law and policy, among others.

He was formerly (2022-23) a part of Research & Policy team of Y-20 India Secretariat, a youth engagement of G-20 and contributed to climate change theme.

Understanding the need to contribute to social causes, he is the Founding Director of Arth Vidhi. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Atlas - Young Founders' Club. He is the Director of Samacharline Media Group, oldest digital media conglomerate of Madhya Pradesh since 2004. He is a Core Committee Member of Confederation of Alumni for National Law Universities (CAN Foundation).

He has been a delegate at Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR 2021), UNDP Bangkok's Regional Dialogue on Climate Action, speaker at UN 75 Dialogue and participant at UNEP Youth Environment Assembly. He is the Founding Convenor of NSS Unit of NLU Assam, State Ambassador (Madhya Pradesh) of Kavyavarsha, among other leadership roles.

He is actively involved in speaking engagements.
