He has proven experience on Product Implementation for net-new setup as well as existing architecture.

Aniruddh has techno-functional expertise with requirement gathering, design and implement
solutions for large scale and mid-scale enterprise architecture. He has proven knowledge of product customization, batch automation, ESB and ETL integration of CRM and HR products, HR data integration and reporting capabilities through various reporting tools like PowerBI, BIDS, Qlikview, Jasperstudio, ZOHO reports.

He has keen interest on Continuous Process Improvement by following Lean principles and Six Sigma standards. He is a certified Scrum Master and handles a hybrid resource management across 25+ mid size projects.
