As the Chief Executive Officer of Antrapreneur The Business Incubator, she drives the strategic vision, startup handholding, mentor engagement, and investor relations, actively shaping the startup ecosystem.

She is also the Co-Founder of Healthcode Protein Box Pvt. Ltd., a venture aligned with UN-SDG No. 3, focusing on sustainable health solutions through tailored meal plans. In addition, as the Founder of Brainovation Business Solutions, she provides strategic guidance to businesses and startups, helping them navigate challenges and seize growth opportunities.

Her extensive background includes leadership roles at the National Innovation Foundation, Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, and multiple mentoring positions at L J University. She has mentored over 200 startups, facilitated investment platforms, designed entrepreneurship curricula, and played a key role in curating several startup programs for early as well as growth stage startups.
