I am Gujarat’s first female Canine Trainer, Behaviourist, and Aggression Expert, based in Ahmedabad, working in this field since 2013.

After two years of professional practice, I founded my social enterprise, Dogspective by Nidhi, in 2015. Through my enterprise, I have worked extensively on behaviour modification and training for pets, conducted workshops, seminars, and talks, executed community engagement programs on street dog behaviour, and contributed to rehabilitation initiatives.

My expertise lies in applying science-based protocols and behaviour frameworks to address challenges ranging from aggression in pets to conflict prevention with community dogs. I design standard operating procedures (SOPs), structured feeding protocols, and community engagement models that civic bodies, institutions, and organizations can adopt to create safe, humane, and conflict-free urban environments.
Over the years, I have collaborated with NGOs, schools, corporates, and institutions — conducting team training sessions, empowering dog caretakers, educating students, and guiding pet parents for improved dog care and responsible ownership.

As I work towards expanding Dogspective beyond a niche service and into a sustainable startup, I’m seeking thoughtful mentorship, partnerships, and strategic inputs to move from a service-led model to a scalable venture. I’m also excited to contribute to the community through meaningful discussions, shared learnings, and collaborative problem-solving rooted in real field experience.
