Dr. Miti Randeri is a seasoned HR, POSH and soft skills professional with nearly 2 decades of domain experience in diverse organizations from various sectors. She is the CEO & Founder of her collaborative venture E4 HR Associates, a firm that offers HR, POSH & DEI Advisory Services, soft skills training, and individual counseling and therapy. Along with this, Dr. Miti is an Executive Committee Member of NHRDN Ahmedabad and national NHRDN Mind Matters initiative. She is a visiting faculty at various universities including Ahmedabad University, Gujarat University and L J University and works with B-schools as a mentor for placement, Capstone projects and the student admission process. Dr. Miti also mentors, counsels and coaches aspiring professionals and young adults through transition phases in life!

Dr. Miti’s expertise lies in HR strategy and Talent Management with focus on OD, PMS and L&D and POSH. Her aim is to transform MSMEs by enabling them to navigate through HR challenges and build their human capabilities by offering affordable HR services & soft skills training. She is also a certified and active POSH Practitioner (External Member, Advisor and Trainer).
