First Woman Chairperson of Ahmedabad Branch of ICAI in the history of 60 years of Ahmedabad Branch for the term 2023-24. Ahmedabad Branch is the second largest branch of India in ICAI. She was the Past Vice-Chairperson in 22-23,Secretary in 2021-22 and Past Treasurer of Ahmedabad Branch of ICAI for 2019-20. She was the Chairperson, WICASA of Ahmedabad Branch of ICAI for the year 2020-21.

She is awarded as the India’s Top 100 women in Finance 2020 by AIWMI and gem of CA profession by ICAI in 2021.

FCA, Working as Partner at DJNV & Co, Chartered Accountant in the areas of Insolvency Professional & Registered Valuer of Securities.She has also cleared Independent Director Exam conduced by IICA in April 2020.She is an Independent Director at Ananya Finance for Inclusive growth( NBFC with > 1000 crore exposure ) and Amanta Healthcare pvt ltd.Handled more than 15 CIRP cases and gives consultancy in all areas of IBC. She is also an expert in all kinds of valuations- Business, Brand,Startup ,IBC, M& A and all valuation compliance’s as per Companies Act, Income Act and FEMA.

 Published more than 25 national and international papers in various journals and conferences in the areas of Crowd Funding, Entrepreneurship, and Derivative Trading Strategies.

 She has been a co-opted member of the Women Members Empowerment committee at WIRC of ICAI and also executive committee member of Chartered Accountant Association for the year 2017-18.

 A regular speaker at various forums including ICAI on Valuation and Derivatives, Women inspirational talks and motivational sessions .She has also published a book on Limited Insolvency & Bankruptcy Examination Question Bank-5000 MCQs.

 She regularly writes articles in the journals of CA Association, Ahmedabad and also wrote a column on Derivatives in WIRC Manual for 2 years.

More than 15 Years of Experience in Teaching at Post Graduate Institutes for courses on Derivatives & RM, Direct & Indirect Taxes & Microsoft Excel. She started her career as a Full time Accounting & Finance Faculty at GLS & Ahmedabad University. She was the chosen Faculty Member for Faculty Development Program me of 1.5 months at Cambridge University, UK in July 2011 sponsored by the Institute from 29th June to 15th August, 2011. She has done her PhD on Derivatives in “Option trading strategies in Indian Stock Market” from Sardar Patel University, Anand.

She loves nature and travelling and believes that the pursuit of learning and better version of yours never ends. Being very ambitious, she loves to explore and up skill herself in all walks of life.
