I believe that getting started is more important than being right. I believe in doing meaningful work than adding wasted EFFORTS, TIME, AND MONEY. If you can get an outcome within a few days, WHY would you want to add months of efforts, time, and money? I love to challenge the default silos.

Ways I do it are by design thinking, solution finding, prototyping, real user testing, removing default processes of meetings and open-ended discussions. I believe discussions and meetings hardly get us insights to make decisions.
