Gunjan Kumar is a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in strategy and program management. With an MBA majoring in Finance and a minor in Strategy and Marketing from FMS Delhi, Gunjan brings a strong academic foundation to his work. He also holds a B.Tech. from NIT Jamshedpur.

In his current position as an Assistant General Manager - Program Management at Reliance Retail (JioMart). He has successfully spearheaded projects in areas such as reduction in order cancellations, sustainable packaging, building complete traceability and visibility of 3P seller inventory, and reducing leakages. Gunjan's strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills have been instrumental in implementing effective resolution plans and cost-saving initiatives.

Gunjan's prior experience includes his role as an Associate Director at Unacademy, where he led a team focusing on global test prep business and launched categories for the international market. He also worked as a Management Consultant at Thoucentric Tech Pvt. Ltd., driving digital transformation projects and IT vendor rationalization for global clients.

During his tenure at Yes Bank, Gunjan held the position of Senior Manager Corporate Banking. He played a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions for import payments, credit assessments, and factoring/channel financing for various clients. Gunjan's expertise in cross-functional stakeholder management and his ability to deliver tangible results were key to his success at Yes Bank.

Gunjan's experience also includes his role as an Assistant Manager - Operations at NTPC, where he managed a team of skilled and semi skilled workers and oversaw mechanical maintenance operations.
