My professional journey has been driven by a simple but powerful belief: meaningful impact comes from empowering people, creating the right culture, and solving real business challenges. Over the past 17+ years, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, scaling businesses, and contributing to transformative initiatives across industries.

I started my career as an IT Trainer and Instructor after completing my graduation in Engineering. Those early years taught me the value of mentorship, coaching, and truly understanding people - the lessons that continue to guide my leadership approach today. I learned that inspiring others, listening deeply, and building trust often have a bigger impact than any strategy on paper.

Over time, I stepped into leadership roles that allowed me to shape entire organizations. As the Country Manager for Tronox India, I led end-to-end operations, scaled global capability centers, and introduced processes and systems that improved efficiency, productivity, and growth. But beyond numbers and metrics, I focused on creating environments where teams could thrive, innovate, and deliver their best work.

Alongside corporate leadership, I’ve always been drawn to the energy and creativity of startups. I’ve co-founded ventures, partnered with emerging companies, and helped startups navigate challenges while scaling their operations. I love translating big ideas into actionable plans and watching people and businesses grow in the process.

My experience spans IT leadership, HR business partnering, operations, strategy, and financial management. I’ve built and led multi-location teams, optimized complex processes, and embraced technology to drive operational excellence. Whether it’s scaling a global capability center or mentoring start-ups, my goal has always been to deliver measurable impact while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

I’m committed to continuous learning and have pursued certifications in AI, generative technologies, project management, IT leadership, and supply chain optimization. Staying curious and ahead of trends allows me to bring innovative solutions to both organizations and people.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about mentorship, knowledge-sharing, and giving back to the community. I believe leadership is not just about delivering results, but about creating opportunities for others to succeed, building inclusive cultures, and leaving a lasting impact wherever you contribute.

Based in Hyderabad, I actively participate in leadership forums, industry events, and executive networks. I enjoy connecting with people, exchanging ideas, and exploring ways to contribute meaningfully, whether it’s in a startup, a corporate initiative, or a community-driven project.
