I’m Mani M, the founder of Uptimised SEO LLP, a digital marketing agency that provides SEO services to clients in the UK and USA. I completed my MBA from Madras University and began my career in 2010 at the Royal Bank of Scotland. In 2018, I joined Bank of America, where I started as an Analyst and eventually grew to Senior Business Analyst. After 15 years in the corporate world, I pursued my passion for business and leapt into entrepreneurship.

While working full-time, I always had a strong desire to start my own business, and I tried several ventures along the way, some of which didn’t work out. Before the Covid pandemic hit, I was introduced to digital marketing, specifically SEO. Intrigued, I dove into learning about SEO by joining top courses from the USA and UK. In 2020, I started offering SEO services to clients in the UK and USA, gradually building my business.

In August 2024, I made the decision to resign from my corporate job and dedicate myself entirely to my agency, Uptimised SEO LLP. Today, I lead a talented team of 10 individuals who are all from remote villages. They are educated but, for various reasons, are unable to travel to cities for work. At Uptimised SEO LLP, we provide them with training and employment opportunities, allowing them to grow their careers in SEO while contributing to our mission.
