•Operations: Operations included Inbound (Customer Service) as well as outbound process (Lead Generation and Sales). Worked on ecommerce platform for rediff.com, to include  after sales service. Developed a system for monitoring third party voice call Quality. 
•Business Development: Business Development was natural transition with hands on experience in operations. Was successful in acquiring new businesses in diverse industries, developing long term partnership for sustainable growth. Was able to generate organic growth with existing clients by providing value additions.
•Entrepreneurship: Last Health Care start up Healthy Labs founded by Nikhil was acqui -hired by Yuvraj Sing backed Healthians. He also Co Founded an Auto Aggregation Start Up Apni Sawary in Mumbai and the proved that aggregation model in Auto Rickshaw can be successful. This involved dimensions like on field coordination, technology set up, alliances, partnerships and liasoning with government agencies.
•Alliances & Partnership:  In Entrepreneurial venture Made alliances with Auto Unions in Mumbai to ensure smooth functioning. Made an alliance with Mumbai Metro Railway for customer acquisition. Initiated partnership with a payment wallet.
