Hi, I am Raj. Currently working with the business team at Amuse Labs. I sell puzzles to publishers and media companies. In my previous role, I was part of the Project Management Office/Process Improvement Team. I implemented monday.com, supported 25+ teams in enhancing their project management processes, and created portfolio management dashboards for the leadership team. My latest project involved defining adoption metrics for all services to improve yearly business planning. Before that, I worked on project controls and management for over 10 construction projects, digitising processes and coordinating with 30+ subcontractors.
