Why I transitioned from engineering to product management:

1. From CS to Strategy: My journey began with a B.Tech in Computer Science, where I developed a strong technical foundation. However, I soon realized that my true calling lay in shaping product visions and strategies that resonate with users.

2. MBA at IIM Kashipur: To bridge the gap between technology and business, I pursued an MBA in Marketing Management, with minors in Analytics, Strategy, and Operations. This equipped me with a holistic view of product development and market dynamics.

3. Driving Impact at Carelon Global Solutions: In my current role, I lead cross-functional initiatives to translate complex business problems into impactful digital healthcare products. I work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to drive innovation, streamline execution, and create meaningful user experiences backed by data and insights.
