- My recent stint was in Crio.Do (up-skilling e-learning tech platform) as a Strategy & Business Ops Manager, I led the operations and strategy for various business categories, such as live sessions, customer support, counselling services, alumni and expert community management. I manage the supply, hiring, training, and performance management of these categories, as well as the financial modelling and forecasting of their P&L.

- I have a strong background with 8+ yrs in operations, strategy, consulting, and business development, with domain experience in health and wellness, fitness and sports, ed-tech and e-learning, hotels and hospitality, and apparel retail. I hold a Professional Programme in Advanced Operations Management & Analytics from IIM Kozhikode and an MBA in Business Operations from IMT Ghaziabad. My specialties and interests include operations excellence, corporate strategy, program management, and process improvement.

- I am a result-driven and seasoned professional who excels at building teams from scratch and enforcing high level of quality in the product and operational practices through setting up robust processes. I have a proven track record of working with founders and senior leadership to align organisational strategies with day-to-day business. I am motivated by creating value for the users, improving and launching product offerings, and enhancing the user experience.
