I hold a Master’s degree in Social Management from the Central University of Gujarat and have over a decade of experience in program design, fund management, and leadership roles within the public and private sectors. My career began as a Gandhi Fellow at Kaivalya Education Foundation, where I enhanced student learning outcomes in Surat Municipal Schools.

I then served as a Senior Project Associate at Gujarat Social Infrastructure Development Society (GSIDS), coordinating social infrastructure planning and human development initiatives. At IIM Ahmedabad, I supported faculty through research and data analysis.

My tenure at GUSEC saw me rise through multiple leadership roles, culminating as Interim CEO, where I managed government funds and engaged with diverse stakeholders. I also served as a Senior Manager at MeitY Startup Hub under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, where I assisted in the development of programs and policies. Recently, I have worked as Head of Operations at Dholakia Ventures to support business ideas across various sectors.
