Vandan Agrawal is the founder of HireDuo, a startup born out of his firsthand experience navigating the financial and professional challenges of student life. With a background in Artificial Intelligence and a passion for solving real-world problems, Vandan launched HireDuo to bridge the gap between college students seeking short-term gigs and companies in need of flexible, driven talent. The platform facilitates internships, event-based roles, and part-time opportunities, enabling students to earn income, gain experience, and build confidence. Since its inception, HireDuo has successfully connected over 200 students to internships and more than 450 to event-based jobs. Vandan’s approach combines practical empathy with technical innovation—traits shaped by his academic journey, community service, and leadership on and off the field. As a startup founder, he’s driven by the vision of building simple, scalable solutions that empower youth and redefine how early talent integrates into the workforce.
