My role as a P&L Head has equipped me with a rich knowledge base across critical domains such as revenue management, sales and distribution, mass market distribution, sales channel strategy, customer lifecycle management, and the intricacies of green-field rollouts. From overseeing national to micro distributors, multi-brand retailers, company-owned stores, telesales, direct sales teams, aggregators, and digital channels, I've been hands-on in shaping these vital aspects of business strategy.
