Building <div>I'm the founder of Ludic, an exciting lifestyle brand set to launch🚀 in October 2023. With no fancy degree but fuelled by a relentless drive, I excel at connecting with diverse audiences and orchestrating effective sales and marketing processes, all while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.<br><br>This year, I'm fully immersed in scaling⚡️Ludic to new heights, exploring opportunities in the affordable luxury lifestyle industry, and leveraging data-driven strategies to boost sales.<br><br>Before Ludic, I led the National Sales for RENÉE Cosmetics, an Indian makeup brand that empowers bold and beautiful women with innovative, cruelty-free products. I also had the privilege of working with Villain Lifestyle, a brand catering to unapologetic, unabashed, and unafraid men.<br><br>Throughout my 14-year journey in the industry, I've been involved💪🏼in numerous gripping projects and brands. Building <div>Currently, helping customers reduce their medicine bills. Previously, was shaping careers.<br><br>A typical Engineer - MBA with atypical sector choices.<br><br>Started with IT Consulting. Gave up in no time, because "ye na ho paayega zindagi bhar".<br><br>Then a decade at Endeavor Careers.<br>An "academician at heart" - was the thing that stayed along for a decade.<br>Technically, however, started with Business Development, added HR, Operations, IT over the course of a decade. <br>Endeavor, then in 2008 was an "early stage start up" wherein everyone was doubling, tripling up on other roles. The place was built by all of us with so much heart and student at the center of the ecosystem that even after nearly 3 years of quitting Endeavor, the love for the kids / place never ceases to die down. We grew to be the 4th largest player in the aptitude test prep space. Enough said!<br>Quit Endeavor in late 2017, poetically, on the day of CAT 2017. <br>Quit the education sector.<br>Tough to keep me off the "student relations", "career counseling", "mentoring" thing. So, I continue to stay so!<br><br>Jumped into pharma retail - Medkart Pharmacy - in 2017 end. Wonderful space to be in for the kind of value we create for the patients. A sector marked with an "unorganized sector approach" & severe information asymmetry. Living with a single vision of reducing medicine bills of patients. <br>Second such "early stage start up" and history repeating itself - with people at the helm doubling, tripling up on available roles and responsibilities. Carefully but quickly, we set up departments & a strong second line, and while in the 6th year of operations now, Medkart is already amongst the largest generic medicine retail chain in the country.<br>We are now 50 medical stores and probably the largest in Gujarat as far as the generic medicine retailing is concerned & over the next couple of years, we wish to educate, sensitize & help as many patients as we can because we strongly believe that medicines arent costly, but the are being made costly by the the intermediaries. <br><br>That's about the professional life so far.<br><br>Personally, a father of 2 kids - Ananya & Abhimanyu. <br><br>Apart from the above mentioned, I love staying fit - working out in the gym / home workouts / running / cycling / cricket / football - basically anything that keeps that me active. <br><br>I also love reading. Would have probably read more than a 400 books ranging whatever to whatever under the sun!<br><br>A strong believer in work-life balance & the cycle of Karma.</div>
Building <div>Co-Founder at AINAKWALA, the optical stores<br><br>with 17 years of experience in imports and wholesale of optical Eyewear, we started the retail chain too. Ainakwala, the chain of optical Stores, started in 2019 and currently we are placed at 9 locations in Ahmedabad.</div>
Building <div>Aditya is a Founder & CEO of LAARI, a startup redefining street food by manufacturing smart street food carts in India. <br><br>He is also Director at Uppskale, a challenge based hiring platform aiming to bridge gap between academics and industry.<br> <br>Aditya has been working with the local startup ecosystem for last 4 years and have been leading communities. <br><br>He is Global Facilitator Techstars Startup Weekend, Karmaveer Chakra instituted by UN awardee. He has been the only scholar from India to be a part of Watson Institute Spring Incubator -2019 with scholarship. <br><br>He has keen interest and experience of last 3 years in Edu tech and Hardware startups. <br><br>His another company ALLAGII is currently affecting more than 1500 school students across Gujarat with establishment of entrepreneurship cells in government school of gujarat and more than 52 workshops across state. <br><br>In last one year he has spoken in more than 8 countries and 34 cities on Design thinking, Business Model Canvas and Starting a startup by his talks and workshops. </div>
Building <div>I worked in the pharmaceutical sector in various roles with a focus on business development, account management in the first part of my career between 2000 to 2015 in India and Europe. Priya and I started indiabizforsale.com together in the year 2013 as a company and launched as a platform in early 2014. <br><br>We started indiabizforsale because we experienced and painfully learnt (at that time) that M&A for a small to medium size business is very, very challenging in India, and we decided to do something about that. <br><br>We launched indiabizforsale.com as a discovery platform (with confidentiality so no one knows which business is looking for an exit or partial exit) for businesses and investors. <br><br>Gradually we started building services on top as we realised that the end goal is a successful business transaction and secured discovery is only the part of the process (large though). <br><br>Now we provide discovery, on-demand services and also advisory services with help of trusted and experienced professionals across India. </div>
