eChai Startup Demo Days happen every month, bringing together early-stage founders who are actively building. This one in Srinagar is proposed. It is not booked yet, and there is no venue on it, because we run it once 20 founders in Srinagar show interest. That number is what makes an evening worth everyone's travel, and it tells us there are enough founders building here to keep coming back to. The moment 20 of you are in, we lock a venue and confirm the timing, everyone who showed interest is registered automatically, and we email you that it is on. A Demo Day usually opens with quick introductions so everyone knows who is around. Then a few founders come up one at a time and walk everyone through what they are building, with their website or live product on the screen. Each gets a few minutes, followed by questions and feedback. Not everyone presents, but everyone who registers gets a spot on the event page with a line on what they are building and a link, so anyone who opens the page later can see it and reach out.
