I am a practicing Chartered Accountant and partner of the firm Rasesh Shah & Co. My specialties are Internal Audit, Statutory audit, Tax audit, Taxation consultancy, Return e-filing, TDS issues, and Company Law Matters. I am actively involved with the Startup Community incapacity of mentor, advisor, community manager, etc, and have contributed to the Startup ecosystem in Surat by organizing various events and programs for the last 5 years. On the professional front, I have acted as an authorized representative for 100+ Startups for getting them recognition and eligible for benefits under the “Startup India Scheme” of the GOI and I am also a key stakeholder of iKoVerk Coworking Studios having centers at Althan and Nanpura in Surat.
