The most significant shift in our industry today is the growing influence of AI, which is reshaping the workforce landscape. While AI is replacing certain jobs, it is simultaneously creating new opportunities. As a company, we are committed to being early adopters of AI—leveraging its potential to enhance operational efficiency in our day-to-day activities and to deliver superior value to our customers.
Another challenge we face is the uncertainty caused by fluctuating global economies, driven by geopolitical instability. This volatility directly impacts job creation across industries. To navigate this, we are dedicating significant resources to identifying patterns and predicting early trends of economic recovery. By spotting these "green shoots" early, we aim to proactively target emerging sectors and industries, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.

As the new year begins, I have set clear and meaningful goals in three key areas of my life:
1. Health:
Over the past few years, my health has taken a backseat due to erratic work schedules and the demands of running a startup. This year, I am prioritizing my well-being by striving to achieve my ideal weight and fitness levels. To do this, I’m bringing more structure and balance to my daily routine, ensuring I dedicate time to focus on my health and regain my full vitality.
Running a bootstrapped startup means being in "work mode" 24/7, which has left little room for personal time with my loved ones. Although my life partner is also my business partner, we rarely switch off from work. We haven’t had a proper vacation in 2.5 years. This year, I’ve made a promise to my family—to spend more quality time with them, take meaningful breaks, and finally plan a well-deserved vacation.
3. Hobbies:
I’ve always believed in lifelong learning and nurturing my passions. Currently, I average about one hour of reading per day, but this year, I aim to double that to two hours. Beyond reading, I want to dive into learning music, play more cricket, and reconnect with the childlike joy I once had. This year is all about rediscovering and embracing the hobbies that make me feel alive.

At Intugine, as a SAAS company in the logistics industry, a key milestone for us in 2025 will be introducing robotics in warehousing and drones for short-distance in-premise deliveries. This will help us not just be a tech provider in the logistics ecosystem but an active participant.
We are also launching our Carbon emission product, EcoTrace, as a free emission calculation tool for transporters.

At this stage of my life I want to make a Social impact alongside driving business and this I want to do via Namaste Democracy an initiative dedicated to fostering political literacy and encouraging active political participation to drive political literacy and political participation In India. These solutions aim to make solar energy accessible to urban spaces and high-rise buildings without rooftop access.

To bring about a positive impact, improving productivity to most critical part of the human lifecycle i.e. the cattle & Livestock. We intend to Improve the quality of diagnosis for animals in most affordable way & eliminate economic losses across value chain during the productivity lifecycle of the cattle(s).
This year we aim to launch research driven critical testing diagnostic kits across verticals viz. POCT Analysers, Molecular PCR Range, ELISA Kits, Rapid for life threatening diseases like brucella, Foot Mouth Disease. This shall act as catalyst for cattle trade and cattle’s productivity which enables on-spot self-testing and will save farmers from economic loss that may arise from infected cattle.
We desire to partner with government & semi-government bodies to promote cattle & Livestock health which can speed up the acceptability & adaptability towards the modern approach.
Given that mobility of cattle’s being the biggest challenge in India & lack of veterinary medical infra, we also intend to empower and equip Veterinary doctors with Bignano point of care devices to enable on-spot qualitative diagnosis for cattle’s in the remotest part of the country.

Having realised that cattle’s health is important for nations well-being & prosperity, there is a clear central government policy shift towards animal’s health with increased budget allocations with an objective to address the critical issue to arrest the steep decline in milk production growth & cattle’s health.
There is an Increased budget allocation towards Livestock health & disease control from 800 crs [2022-23] to 2465 crs [2023-24].
Central government has merged most of the schemes under “Rashtriya Gokul Mission” and to improve quality of breeding, Artificial Insemination Programme is now directly being monitored by the central government. Recently government has also announced to eradicate Brucella & FMD Disease by 2030.

Personally, I am looking forward to build & take forward my belief that Animal’s health is a valuable equity for the society & requires same level of solutions as humans for basic preventive healthcare.
To accomplish this, looking forward to partner with government & semi-government bodies to spread awareness about the use advanced diagnostic solutions which will result in economic prosperity for small, medium and marginal cattle owners.

Our boldest vision for 2025 is to transform CallHippo from being an SEO-focused organization into a company driven by outbound sales and strategic partnerships as our primary go-to-market (GTM) channels.
For the past decade, SEO has been the cornerstone of our growth strategy, helping us build a strong digital presence and attract inbound leads. While this has been incredibly effective in establishing CallHippo’s market position, we recognize the need to scale further and tap into higher-value opportunities. By shifting our focus to outbound and partnerships, we aim to increase our average deal size and drive sustainable growth.
This transformation involves several key steps:
Outbound Strategy:
Building a specialized outbound sales team that targets high-potential accounts in industries where our solutions provide the most value.
Leveraging data-driven prospecting and personalized outreach to engage decision-makers effectively.
Partnerships:

We’re enabling our customers to adopt these tools to maximize their agents’ productivity and deliver better customer experiences.
AI-Driven Outbound Calls:
Another exciting shift is the use of AI-generated voices for outbound calls. This technology allows organizations to scale their outreach while maintaining a human-like touch in their interactions. As this capability matures, it has the potential to redefine how businesses approach outbound campaigns, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

As a founder and leader, what excites me the most about 2025 is witnessing the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the global economy and the workforce.
We are at a pivotal moment where AI is not just automating repetitive tasks but fundamentally reshaping how value is created across industries. Many of the jobs we see today, particularly those that contribute minimally to the global GDP, are likely to evolve or disappear. In their place, new opportunities will emerge—roles that demand creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving, and that drive greater economic value.
This shift is more than just a technological advancement; it’s a societal transformation. The idea that AI can enable individuals and organizations to focus on higher-value contributions is incredibly exciting. Bold vision for Hearty Mart in 2025
I have always envisioned establishing my company’s presence on the global stage, whether by opening offices abroad or expanding into international markets.
My goal for 2025 is to accelerate exports and broaden our reach to countries such as the US and regions like Africa, in addition to our existing markets in the UK, the Gulf, and New Zealand. To achieve this, we plan to actively participate in export-focused trade fairs and exhibitions.

With the rapid rise of startups embracing the Quick Commerce model in the retail sector, a new opportunity emerges for brick-and-mortar supermarkets like ours. By aligning with their needs, we can position ourselves as partners, enabling us to market our products directly to consumers through their platforms.
Additionally, the growing adoption of AI across industries is transforming business operations. I am eager to explore how AI can enhance our efficiency in the retail and HoReCa sectors, streamlining operations and unlocking new possibilities for growth.
Evolving as a Founder
On a personal front, my goal for this year is to engage more frequently with our overseas team. I believe it is essential to align the work culture between our two offices in Ahmedabad and Dubai.
This poses a unique challenge, as the Ahmedabad office comprises staff from rural backgrounds, while the Dubai team operates in a more cosmopolitan environment. Bridging this gap will be key to fostering collaboration and creating a unified culture across both locations.

Our vision is for Momentum91 to become one of the front runners amongst companies that help mid-market and enterprises with AI led Digital Transformation 🙌
As of now, we are working on following initiatives:
- Building a knowledge base and becoming a thought-leader through papers, e-books, podcast and linkedin. The goal for this initiative is for Momentum91 to become a media company.
- Recruiting folks who have done this multiple times before. This year, we plan to acquire skill sets instead of in-house training.
- Building partnerships in certain geographies who offer complimentary services to our customer set.

Everything that AI is doing is mostly exciting for everyone. We are exploring AI agents because the efficiencies and outputs that it brings for other organisations seems to be unmatched 🚀
At the same time, we are also working on upskilling folks with AI so they can use it as a tool set to deliver better results and continue working on more meaningful problems to solve.
One thing that remains to be seen is that most organisations who have dedicated a significant budget to evaluating possibilities through AI have seen some successful POCs but have not been able to implement that POC org-wide 👀
That makes us excited about AI Agents with a little caution as well.

Couple of things:
- Working with new folks is always something to look forward to.
- It’s been a little less than a year since we started Momentum91 and now things seem to be falling into place with some clarity on our ICP and repeatable, scalable GTM channels.
- This year, we hope to identify our service-market-pricing fit. That is exciting in general for most companies 🔥
- Giving back to the community a little more.
- In many ways, this year is going to test our resolve. Excitement of starting a company is in the past now. It is about numbers and performance this year. Hope to do better than before 😇
