Aparna, based in Bangalore, is a certified PoSH practitioner, lawyer, researcher, and an accomplished academic. Aparna completed her B.A.LL.B (Hons) in 2017, setting the foundation for her illustrious career. She pursued a Traditional LLM from New York University, School of Law, adding an international perspective to her expertise. Her role as a legal academic and researcher has allowed her to delve into critical issues, contributing valuable insights to the legal community especially in the space of gender at work. Aparna brings a unique blend of knowledge and experience to Sol PoSH Consultancy Services. As a Partner and Co-founder, she continues to drive Sol's mission of creating compliant, respectful, and inclusive workplaces.
