With over 10 years of experience in e-Governance, I have designed, implemented, and optimized digital solutions to improve public sector operations and citizen participation. My work focuses on using technology for transparency, efficiency, and accessibility in local and national government.

In past capacities, I helped digitally change government services, including creating user-friendly online portals for public services, identifying people, and beneficiaries.

The Aadhaar Authentication Project: designed and implemented a stat-wise multiple e-governance application, streamlining government services for millions of citizens, decreasing bureaucracy, and increasing service delivery efficiency by 80%.
