Neal is a construction professional experienced in project management, project financing, scheduling, cost control, cost/profitability forecast and earned value management. He has experience in commercial & residential construction, facility enhancement program, energy utilities, natural gas fired combined cycle power plants, food & consumer products (FCP), hospitality construction and field construction management.

After sharpening his skills by working with illustrious clients like Frito Lay, Kraft-Heinz, South Texas Electric Cooperative (STEC), Baltimore Gas & Electric (BGE), Tri-State Transmission and Generation, Neal decided to contribute to the home firm and aspires to multiply it's success ratio. He is a firm believer in the dictum that there is no replacement for hard work and that the right work ethic can take you places.
