Shihab Sheikh is the Co-founder of Salad Time (Rufresh Gourmet Foods Pvt. Ltd.) a health food startup that currently operates 4 QSR outlets spread across Ahmedabad & Baroda. Prior to this he co-founded Rolling Plates Pvt. Ltd., a food-tech start-up that operated Cloud Kitchens based Virtual Restaurant brands which he co-founded along with his better half in the year 2018. Before venturing into the food-tech domain, Shihab has an extensive experience in the advertising and Brand communication industry wherein he worked for over a decade. Shihab holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from North Gujarat University and a PG Diploma in Marketing Management specializing in Advertising/Marketing from St. Joseph's Institute of Management, Bangalore, India.
