After 8 years in Canada, I returned to India with one uncomfortable observation: most people didn't choose their career. It just happened to them. A stream. A college. A
placement. And then 3-5 years later, the quiet regret of realising none of it was actually a decision.

That gap is what I'm building into.

C3 (Career Clarity Compass) is a decision engine for students and graduates who are done drifting. It doesn't give advice. It holds up a mirror and asks better questions
than anyone in their life has thought to ask.

I'm looking to connect with educators, counsellors, and institution leaders who believe students deserve better than
