We got featured on CNBC 🚀

Our journey to revolutionize the 100-year-old market research industry is now going to reach millions of people 🌎

When Somsubhra and I started the Ai Palette journey six years ago, the vision was clear: a future where AI powers the market research in the CPG industry and makes research faster, smarter, and more accessible. Fast forward to today, being recognized for disrupting such a legacy space is both humbling and exhilarating.

This recognition isn’t just about our technology – it’s a testament to the incredible team of Paletteers behind it, the clients who believed in our vision, and the investors who invested in us.

📈 From a small café in Singapore to scaling across 6 continents, our mission has always been about driving innovation and delivering real value. This feature is a reminder that with the right focus and determination, bold ideas can reshape industries.

Thank you to CNBC and Enterprise Singapore for spotlighting our work in the EDGE Series. Thanks to Conor Delahunty for being an early adopter of AI technology and supporting us since the early days.

Here’s to challenging the status quo and building the future, one insight at a time 💯
Absolutely elated to share that FloMobility has been granted its first patent, filed in 2021, granted in 2024.. a small win in our journey to build "Vision based Autonomy" for outdoor environments. Few more to go, as we build our #constructionrobotics portfolio..

We often hear VCs saying location doesn't matter for startups. But if that's true, why don't we see more VC firms based in states like Madhya Pradesh?

How many venture capital firms can you name in Bihar, Chhattisgarh, or Jharkhand?

The numbers are disappointingly low and this disparity creates a significant disconnect.

While we preach that great ideas can come from anywhere, the capital and networks essential to nurture these ideas remain overwhelmingly concentrated in a few metro cities.

But things are changing and I recently witnessed this firsthand at an exceptional event in Gwalior organized by Fluid Ventures.

It brought together some of the most innovative thinkers and leaders in India's startup community, all under one roof.

The event was not just another startup gathering. It’s a reminder that innovation isn't limited to big cities. It's happening right here in smaller towns as well.

Experiencing this in my hometown hits me very differently.

It's one thing to read about change, but to experience it is entirely different. And  I'm grateful I could contribute as a speaker, host, founder, and even gifting partner through Amrutam .

A huge thanks to the support and encouragement of Shmt. Priyadarshini Raje Scindia at the Gwalior Palace. It wouldn’t have come to life without your vision to make Gwalior grow and prosper.

A special thank you to Amit Singal and Rakhee Singal for spearheading this initiative in our city. For thinking about start-up ecosystems and building them in Tier 2 cities.

Let’s continue to work towards a more inclusive startup ecosystem across all of India.
I haven’t been in touch with Silicon Valley SFO in the last decade, primarily because I had nothing to do. Or rather, I got caught up in long bootstrapping cashflow woes.

Then I was building everything for India. To become 2nd largest player in event experience & entertainment ticketing in India. Up to 2015.

In US:

Yes, much later, I did win big customers like TiE, Harvard business school entrepreneur network and a bunch of others to serve ExplaraX, but, with hundreds of fantastic friends and colleagues, I could never 10x from my network, that is changing definitely now in 2024 and then 2025 onwards, thanks to AI initiatives we are sketching Foundership - Web3 & AI Accelerator VC

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to disrupt and innovate in the CPG industry! Together, we are shaping the future of consumer goods with AI-driven solutions that inspire, delight, and transform.

I am thrilled to announce the launch of FoodGPT, a revolutionary tool in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, designed to provide powerful and unparalleled consumer insights. 🎉

"Unlocking Consumer Insights: FoodGPT" 💡

As a leading AI startup in the CPG industry, we understand the challenges of staying ahead in the competitive landscape. That's why we are proud to present FoodGPT, a specialized vertical tool that goes beyond the capabilities of general-purpose models like OpenAI's GPT-4 and Google's LaMDA, providing CPG brands with deeper and more accurate consumer insights.

🔍 How is FoodGPT Different? 🔍

📈 Unrivaled Volume & Variety: FoodGPT has been trained on an extensive dataset of over 61 Billion data points across 24 geographies in 17 languages, making it incredibly accurate in understanding global consumer preferences, habits, and desires. With this enhanced precision, businesses can make well-informed decisions and create products that resonate with their target audience.

💡 Solves Hallucination: For the same question, FoodGPT answers quantitatively with exact consumer drivers along with percentages and data points and provides reference links compared to generalized models that answer more qualitatively with no to very less quantitative information.

💬 Granularity: Generalised models create a very high-level concept since they've been trained on Wikipedia, articles, and books. FoodGPT, on the other hand, is trained on a domain knowledge base that allows the granular level answers to the F & B related questions and text generations.

🚀 Embrace the Future of Consumer Insights with FoodGPT! 🚀

At FoodGPT, we believe that understanding consumers is the key to building successful and sustainable brands. With our state-of-the-art tool, we are empowering businesses to make data-driven decisions, achieve innovation, and foster meaningful connections with their customers.

👉 If you want to gain a competitive edge and be at the forefront of consumer trends, reach out to us at [email protected] to witness the future of consumer insights!
Had an amazing time at @WestbridgeCap B2B SaaS dinner event.

Met so many founders building in India 🇮🇳 for the world 🌍 and pretty convinced on “long India” for the next decade, at least.
The Road Less Traveled

As I turn 30 today, I couldn't help myself from reflecting on the journey I've taken—one that's been marked by choices often considered unconventional in a world that often favors the well-trodden path. Throughout my life, I've embraced the road less traveled, finding my way through uncharted territories, and learning invaluable lessons along the way. Some may call it the hindsight bias too and maybe it is. But this post is not about calculated risks - this is about the risks which were pure gambles but have paid out well in the end.

1. Army in the stirps, Engineer in the mark sheets.

My journey commenced with a decision that defied familial traditions. Born into an army background where the norm was to follow in the footsteps of generations before, I veered away from convention by choosing engineering. Interestingly, I did take the NDA exam and also passed the written round with flying colors but destiny had something else written for me. I ended up not going for the interview and also, cleared the JEE exams parallely. While my family was two-sided about my decision, they ultimately agreed for me to pursue engineering. This decision not only shaped my academic trajectory but also laid the foundation for my propensity to challenge norms and seek innovation.

2. Old is gold but new technology is diamond

Upon clearing JEE, I once again had a difficult choice to make - which IIT and which branch should I choose? Contrary to the expectations set by many to go for the older IITs, I chose the path less trodden by opting for a relatively newer IIT Guwahati—and an even newer branch of Mathematics and Computing—over the more traditional choices like Mechanical and Civil at older IITs. The branch combining mathematics with the intricacies of computer science & finance, provided me with a unique perspective on AI that later became invaluable in my entrepreneurial pursuits.

3. Jumping into the deep end of the startup ocean

The next divergence from the conventional path emerged as I embarked on my professional journey. Instead of embracing the allure of a stable, high-paying job at a multinational corporation like Visa to dive headfirst into entrepreneurship with Ai Palette. Founding my own company was not just a career move; it was a testament to my belief in taking risks, pursuing passions, and forging my path despite the uncertainties that accompany such ventures.

These choices, though divergent from the norm, have been pivotal in shaping who I am today.

As I step into this new decade of my life, I carry with me the lessons gleaned from the road less traveled—a roadmap etched with unconventional choices, invaluable experiences & an unwavering belief in the limitless possibilities that lie ahead. For, in the end, it's not just about reaching the destination, but about relishing the adventure of the journey itself.
