Building <div>Founder-dwij, a Mumbai based startup with a focus on upcycling of textile waste.&nbsp;<br><br>I am a Mechanical Engineer with a Masters degree in Commercial Vehicle Technology from Germany. The experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) while working at John Deere, Germany triggered my interest in the area of sustainability. Further, my work experience at Godrej &amp; Boyce gave an exposure to experiment with various materials at its end-of-life. The end-of-life of any LCA to me is the most important phase, as this is the phase where a material can be recovered or lost.&nbsp;<br><br>In present times, due to fast fashion, majority of textiles are incinerated or dumped into landfills. 'dwij' was founded to address the ills of fast fashion, with a mission to manufacture &amp; promote circular lifestyle products made from upcycled post consumer garments and post industrial garment waste.<br><br>I firmly believe that sustainability is not only about the environment and economy, but also about being fair to all the stakeholders in the process including the customer.</div>

Building <div>Big ideas are a dime a dozen. It is only worth the efforts when they are executed right and reach the people they are intended to. This defining my core strengths, I am currently leading a hyperlocal sports broadcasting media and tech company - SportVot, with 2 other founders.<br><br>Till date, I have successfully developed brand and marketing strategies for 50+ brands of different sectors; specializing in Tech, FMCG, and Fashion &amp; Beauty industry. I also lead a handicraft online boutique named EthKnits, and give consultations to upcoming startups!<br><br>Networking is one thing, but I am a firm believer in learning the basic skills required in this industry - Market Research, Copywriting, Graphic Designing, WordPress, SEO, Media Planning &amp; Buying, Social Media Distribution, PR - which as a whole, helps me strategize Marketing campaigns for Brands as per the given objective.</div>

Building <div>I am the cofounder and Chief Operating Officer at Locobuzz Solutions where I oversee client relationships and envision long-term productivity and innovations. I am also responsible for creating visibility of the platform and curating beneficial associations between businesses and opportunities in Artificial intelligence and digital customer experience.&nbsp;<br><br>With over 17 years of experience in achieving strategic partner alliances, my objective is to drive business objectives through diverse technological solutions that create immense value for all associations.<br><br>I am a voracious reader (always open to give or take recommendations on good books), an enthusiastic cook, and an ardent fitness enthusiast.&nbsp;</div>
