** eChai Demo Day in 20 Citiies **

eChai Demo Day is the quarterly showcase of innovative products & ventures in front of the large entrepreneurial community. eChai Demo Day provides an opportunity to entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, professionals, and students to share, connect and collaborate with each other.

eChai Demo Day wil be held in 20 Cities during the course of next two weeks:

21st Jan 2017, Saturday - Mumbai, Indore, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Chennai, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara & Jabalpur.

4th Feb 2017, Saturday - Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Nagpur, Udaipur, Kochi, Kochi, Bhubaneswar

The 15 most promising startups will be selected from eChai city.

#CoRise Seed Prize:

We will experiment with the interesting format for #CoRise Seed Prize - where eChai Members can vote for their favorite startups that they want to support among all the 20 citeis and the startup with maximum number of votes will receive the seed prize.

Just before the event, we'll publish the detailed eChai Showcase interviews of each of the selected demo startups. Also we'll have awesome eChai Offers for all the demo startups.

eChai team & #CoRisers will contribute Rs. 25K to the #CoRise seed prize for the over all winner from 20 Cities. The winner will be announced on 4th Feb. It will be interesting to see how this experiment goes.

Certainly, this amount is not the replacement of funding or something like that, but a good way of contributing something instead of just worryng about startup ecosystem or culture :-)

One of the idea is to have eChai Members contribute by being the customer/evangelist/partner of the participating startups and leveraging their business resources to help the #CoRise Seed Prize winner & other startups succeed.
