India chapter of Digital Winners (DW) 2015 offers a unique opportunity to software developers to showcase their mobile apps to a global audience. Digital Winners India is a contest to identify the best app that can bring a positive change in the community and digitally empower the masses in their day-to-day personal and professional lives.
The theme for this year’s contest is 'Education'. The contest will identify cool apps and startups that have the potential to lead us to a more informed and educated world population, transforming and empowering societies. This is the second consecutive year of the contest.
The aim of the competition is to engage and select the best mobile application in India that can be featured on a global platform to compete for the “Best App in Asia” contest to be held at the Digital Winners’ conference in Oslo, Norway.
