A sceptic from the beginning, never did I believe that everything happens for a reason, until my life experiences stringed together had one common theme- they prepared me for Mantras2success. Below listed is my experience across various industries:<br>1.1 Operations with Lending Kart<br>1.2 Hospitality with OYO rooms&nbsp;<br>1.3 Finance with Kotak Mahindra&nbsp;<br>1.4 Information Security with HCL&nbsp;<br>The aforementioned job roles shaped my skills- both hard and soft, and aided me in becoming the co-founder of my own HR Agency.&nbsp;<br><br>2. I know my worth without being haughty. My current position helps clients hire right, while on the other end of the spectrum; I am there for my team to assist them in the complex processes of recruitment. It was through these efforts, that I helped M2s grab, few of its biggest clients .<br><br>3. A creative head inside and outside work, I like painting in my free time. Other than art, my hobbies include travelling and driving which tells you I am a free spirit to the very core.&nbsp;<br><br>4. I am no licensed professional, but over these years I have found profound joy in counselling people in need of a listening ear.
