Over the years, right from the beginning of my career, I have had the opportunity to directly work with and connect with some very strong business leaders and HR professionals across different industries, sectors and geographies. This has helped me develop a broader outlook and a deeper understanding into the way Human Resource as a function operates and the nuances it entails.&nbsp;<br><br>Currently, I lead Human Resources for IIMA Ventures. While, I am passionate about everything to do with people and culture, I am equally passionate about the startup ecosystem and the people challenges it entails. I spend a substantial number of hours regularly speaking with startup founders and their teams - working with them to help them build their people strategies and solve any challenges that they may be facing.&nbsp;<br><br>In addition to this, I have had the opportunity to serve as a panel member for content creation and reviewing for HRCI (The HR Certification Institute, Alexandria, VA, USA) from 2014 - 2019, for two of their global certifications.
