A focused working session for early stage founders who already have a product, or a clear idea, and want their first paying customers. Getting someone to pay you for the first time is a different game from getting them to sign up or show interest. And getting to 100 paying customers is where a lot of founders figure out what their business actually is. The conversation covers which channels worked, what people tried that did not, how they priced, and how they handled those first sales conversations. We keep the group small and to the stage this is pitched at, so the discussion stays specific rather than generic. If you are still figuring out what to build, one of our open meetups is a better place to start. And if your company is already a few years into growing, this session is pitched earlier than where you are.
