Headstart Higher is an initiative to drive talent towards startups and to provide prospective employees an insight into the startup ecosystem.
The shortlisted candidates and shortlisted start-ups are made to meet each other in a speed dating format. Then startup and candidates decide whether they would want to continue pursuing the opportunity or not.
With multiple initiatives of Higher being a success across city chapters in 2016, we look forward to providing a bigger and better experience and solving the hiring needs of startups efficiently.
