Headstart Higher is an initiative to drive talent towards startups and to provide prospective employees an insight into the startup ecosystem. The shortlisted candidates and shortlisted start-ups are made to meet each other in a speed dating format. Then startup and candidates decide whether they would want to continue pursuing the opportunity or not.
